This is also one of my favorite warmup routines for BJJ. I add a little stretching, but it's great to have a little core warmup like this. That downward dog to plank feels AMAZING!

Flo, love how you bring your jujitsu knowledge into these videos for a good body stretch. Curious if you've ever had to use your jujitsu outside of class and if so, how many people have you killed?

I did not bring jiujitsu into this video. No I have not, the true martial artist trains to discover his true self internally and to hopefully never have to apply the art externally.
