Incredibly grateful I came across your workouts. I am 4 years post-op from a full ACL reconstruction. I did full rehab in New Zealand for a year and they were great. But I haven’t had any response from my quadricep since surgery. After only a couple workouts with you I have now felt my quad for the first time. No words for how much that means to me. Thank you, something about how you have us move our body is engaging every muscle but with gentleness.

This ten minutes boost my mood and made my newly discowered try for workout sessions really worth it. I literally started laughing in the middle of session (also because my not-so-well condition - I almost fell on my face, thanks to my weaked T-Rex arms :P). I discovered your channel not so long ago but deffinitelly staying for long 'cause this is exactly what I've been looking for. With timer, many different excersizes (boring-proof), simple quick and well-prepared workouts (they pasts so fast), suitable music and amazing atmosphere

so far this is my favorite morning workout video after a couple months still:)! it has juuuust a bit more stretchy exercises than resistance and is perfect for me personally💜💜i always feel so good after and feel like im breathing better -rather than being worn out like other 'gentle morning' exercise routines ive tried that tend to also seem like they drag on. but this one randomly??? its such a relieving feeling😭so just saying thanks for the good work and that its funny how 10 minutes can change a lot of things abt how ur day goes😳anyway yeah thanks queen👑💌
