I just adore these no repeat total body with or without equipment workouts. I know it takes a lot of extra choreography, but if possible more more and even longer duration. But love whatever you send thank you for all you do.

Heather, thank you so much. I have majorly fallen off the wagon of healthy eating, exercise and taking care of myself. I am now 40+lbs heavier than last year 😥. However, you have always been there and I know that with your help I can get this off and become happy and healthy in my own skin again. This is the best feeling doing this video after completing 4.0. Strength training has really improved my cardio stamina and ability to perform these moves without any modification and keeping Heather's pace. I am crunched for time today, so this workout was PERFECT in every single way.

I did this one TWO rounds through for a really good burn in a little motel room while traveling! I love workouts like this to keep up my fitness while I’m not around my home equipment! Thank you!!
