I just adore these no repeat total body with or without equipment workouts. I know it takes a lot of extra choreography, but if possible more more and even longer duration. But love whatever you send thank you for all you do.

This is the best feeling doing this video after completing 4.0. Strength training has really improved my cardio stamina and ability to perform these moves without any modification and keeping Heather's pace. I am crunched for time today, so this workout was PERFECT in every single way.

Hey Heather, how about a traditional strength mini series? Something that hits all the basics w/3 sets that we can repeat as desired. I'm looking for more strength centered workouts these days where I can increase weights. 😃
