This woman is such a great instructor. Her workouts are so realizable to anyone in which ever active level we are in and her workouts don't have me loose interest, I actually finish the workout.! Great work Jenny!

Juxt did most of this video.. Thank you! Will take a day of rest and see if I can do the whole thing. I have trouble walking up and down the steps. Also, sitting and standing are difficult. I think this will help my strength. Thanks again.

Day 4 of the 30 Day challenge is done :) My husband did this one with me today and he really like it too. Nothing fancy, straight forward old school weight lifting. It's a great 30 min TB workout. The base of this workout is great, gives me enough time to switch out weights. Since this was my second time doing this workout, I went heavier with my weights today. We also added the ab workout, which was a very good too. :)

Did this for the first time today. Loved it. It's faster paced than the other classic toning workout (50 minutes). So it was quite challenging. I did the marching moves in Chicago routine as warm-up and then did this toning routine. So it was a good 45-minute workout.

I did the workouts in Nauvoo, Chicago, Hawaii, Malibu, Aspen (love that because it combines weights as well), Zion, Montana (once again love it as it includes weights). Sanra deluca Great questions! I would always advise you to talk with your doctor or health care professional first to make sure even the modifications I suggest are suitable for you. If you experience any pain, please stop the exercises and contact your doctor. To modify SQUATS you can do WALL SITS where you use a wall to support your upper back and hips, keeping feet hip width apart, walking out from the wall as if you were sitting in a chair. Lower the body bending the knees to a comfortable position then slowly push back up, repeating as you're comfortable. If wall sits are too much, slow STANDING FRONT KICKS are also a good alternative, holding onto a chair for support if needed. To modify LUNGES you can do STEP UPS using a step bench or stairs that aren’t too narrow, or in other words have enough depth that your full foot can easily fit on the stair. Place one foot up on the bench or stair, making sure your weight stays firmly in the heel of the foot that is up on the step. Pull you other foot up onto the bench and tap on top, then return the same foot back to the ground. Repeat with the other leg. Hope that helps! :)

+Jenny Ford I did the workout by modifying squats and lunges as you suggested and I did not feel any pain in my knees, I just loved it; but I did not do the sumo squat because I do not know how to modify it, can you help me please? , Thank you very much

+Sanra deluca I'm so glad those modifications worked for you. You could use the same modification for the sumo squats as you did for the regular squats, as a wall sit. Your foot position would be slightly different, turning the toes out, and taking a wider stance with the feet. But only go as deep as you are comfortable. If sumo squats cause any pain, you can keep it at a regular squat, or again, standing front kicks holding on to a chair for support if needed. Hope that helps.

Hi. I'm loving this 30 day challenge, thank you so much for it! I have a couple of questions: what weights are you using and can these exercises be modified to use kettle bells? I was ok on the lower body but on the upper body I kept having to rewind a section. No biggie, just need to allow extra time before work. Thanks again.
