I wish I had you as teacher back in the 1970s and 1980s as I am 64 and feel fitter and stronger than I did when I was dancing professionally. Plus my body feels free-er and looser following your methodologies. I have rediscovered a flow that as you say, “It feels good to feel good!” Raymond

I do like it, especially for older people. I think it is a great way to help people activate both hemispheres of their brains and connect their bodies. I am partial to the infinity motion over the others, but that’s just me. It’s also a great tool to help very reconditioned people start inching their way along into more stamina and fitness.
