This super easy Double Cheeseburger Skillet meal is a quick dinner that the whole family is going to love. This 30 minute meal is great for the busy weekdays.
Low Carb Keto Recipe: Easy Double Cheeseburger Skillet Meal/ Weekday Meal 30 Minutes
1 lbs (454g) Ground Beef
8 oz (224g) Cream Cheese, softened
8 oz (225g) shredded Cheddar Cheese (I used mild but you can use sharp)
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 cup (120ml) Heavy Cream
1 - 10 to 12 oz (283g 340g) to steamed riced Cauliflower
In a large skillet over medium high heat, brown ground beef. Drain off grease from browned ground beef. Mix in cream cheese and cheddar cheese and stir until the cheese begins to melt. Add in garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Stir in heavy cream and steamed riced cauliflower and mix well. Allow to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy
