Such training I spend on an empty stomach I do so not 1 year. This is a great contribution to digestion and acceleration of metabolism. I have breakfast not right after the workout and at the moment of eating I am really hungry and the body really needs food, so it is perfectly absorbed. I don't feel heavy in my stomach or any discomfort, although I eat enough nutritious and caloric for 1 meal.
In general, the practice of eating when the body wants it, not because I like it so much better on schedule. A certain schedule is formed in any case, but it is convenient for my body and the food enters it at the most appropriate time.
You can experience as many diets and rations as you like, but you get high when you start listening to your body.
For someone, training is just a training... For me kettlebell fitness is a philosophy and an opportunity to study yourself, to immerse yourself in your consciousness and find there answers to many questions
