Agreed. The timing was perfect, with beautiful pauses to allow (and even teach) the listener to do a deeper meditation within them selves

This was great!! My 2nd-favorite walking meditation after Mindbalm Meditations! I love hers more than anything, but it's an hour long. Would love her to make a shorter one. This is the closest I've found to being similar to hers in the way it allows us to remain aware of our surroundings. Great job! Really enjoyed this.

This sounds very weird but I've been walking for over half hour and the recording is still going.... 😳 Sure that this really is only a 20 min meditation?? 🤪 Not that I mind at all. The longer the better but I'm just noting.

I am a pretty experienced meditator (over 20 years now, since I was 14) who gets easily annoyed with guided meditations (mostly when they have the corny, new agey tropes and “self help” vibes🙄). Though I’m also not a giant fan of the current Silicon Valley “mindfulness” boom, and it’s emphasis on “the bottom line”/tangible rewards you can benefit from. “You can hack mindfulness/meditation as a tool for success and upward mobility!” Alan Watts is probably turning over in his grave🤣 Anyway, long story short, and very un-Zen tangent over with, my favorite style of meditation overall is walking ones...and this one is, I think, my favorite walking meditation I have heard so far. Very helpful, clear, effective, well-paced, to-the-point instruction that beginners and experienced meditators alike should be able to get some value out of. Well done! Subscribed.

I belive Allan watts claims to be an "entertainer" and claims he has nothing to teach, I think he would applaud that statement in his smokers laugh.

I cannot pay attention to my breathing without altering it, like if i pay attention to it the breathing is never really 'On its own' Is that normal? And i feel nothing on the belly.

That's fine. You can also put your hands on your belly and see if you can notice any rise and fall there, even if you need to exaggerate it a little in the beginning. Simply be with the breath, even if you notice yourself continue to alter it, just be with it. Don't resist or add anything to it.
