Very interesting take on our inner operations. Thanks for giving me an idea for themed common purpose notebok on these cognitive and behavioural tendencies. Great way to start the new year!

Well done again thanks for preparing all these videos! Just a feedback: I prefer the ones where you use the whiteboard. I can stay more focused on what you're saying without jumping out of the video with other images or videos showing just what we are doing, for example reading a book or walking.

This is still the best video you've done. You show, tell, but most importantly, let us feel all of it. The new "classroom" style of videos are so static compared to so much life that is present here. I love your energy especially when you go outside.

20:37 So, in the trolley problem you're responsible even if you don't touch the lever? That sucks.

I did this on a work team day - the lift was missing several floors from it so I wondered aloud to everyone what they were hiding on those floors and got ignored. Boring bastards 😂

I was watching it on my television unsigned in and when he asked me to like and subscribe I actually logged in and liked and subscribe! This is the fourth time I've watched it is video and it is a game changer. My 10-year-old son was low-key watching it while he was pretending to play video games while I was watching it and then halfway through he just quit pretending. It's changed his communication as well and on top of that last week we were walking home and he interruptted me and said ' excuse me Mom ..don't say it like that, say it like that guy on KZbin told you to say it!' It's hard to admit but my communication has definitely been violent communication. Even if it's in the best intentions and comes to a place of kindness and service and desire to connect it can still hurt people I love. Never mind trying to deal with my ex! I will watch this video every day until I get it all down. It's that good for me. I think If it were a high school course or a premarital requisite It could have drastically changed my life so much sooner!

you need to start using too many big words and start going more to the point, the videos are not easy to follow, too many words per second

I have a visdeo request that i think could be important, and it's how to ask better questions. Also thank you for your amazing videos, i feel like these videos help me become a better version of myself, and it's very interesting to know some of the science behind it all. Keep up the good work!

I felt a little insecure and cast away surrounded by a masculine community of high achievers. But then a girl told me when I mentioned it once that I'm a great dude, and that she's surprised that people like me are even still alive. We not only confuse and fool ourselves while overindulging in this whole ideology, but also make our women lost, empty and without anyone to open up to.

That's completely true and I didn't even see the video. I'm kinda stuck in a not so comfortable comfort zone. All my life in my hometown, the same friends and relationships for life (love them), nice apartment etc you know what I'm talking about. I've always wanted to go somewhere else to "start" a new life, meet new people, different climate, culture, landscape... I didn't did it because of: "but what if (whatever minor issue).", "your friends and family are here", "being here isn't that bad", "you have a nice position now", etc. 2 weeks ago i heard my boss talking about he needs someone to manage this company branch which is located in another beautiful city in spain. My job isn't related to management but I just told him I could go there if he needs to. He looked at me for a few seconds and said it sounded very good. In march I'm moving for first time ever. I'm 33, no wife nor kids, just me, my cat Zaca and lots of things to try, fail and success. I'm excited as a child is for christmas presents. Feeling live again! Do it, tell, ask. It's trully few words away...
