Welcome to a new Vinyasa yoga class! This is your daily energizing morning vinyasa flow yoga practice with Bre. You'll be working on mindful movements, controlled breathwork as well as spinal movements, core strength, upper body straight and bent arm strength and also open up your hamstrings. Overall this is a full body practice to energize you for your day.

Breathe and Flow is a travel, yoga and lifestyle channel. Knowing that the body benefits from movement while the mind benefits from stillness, we share our philosophy of mental stillness through the fluidity of a strong practice. Bre and Flo are Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) with Yoga Alliance® holding certifications as RYT 500, E-RYT 200, and are also Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Providers (YACEP). They are trained in vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga, yin yoga, myofascial release therapy, reiki, prenatal yoga and are certified in Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Level 1 and 2, as well as certified Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Mobility Specialists. Bre and Flo have taught at several premium yoga studios in the San Francisco Bay Area for many years and are teaching their retreats, workshops and at festivals around the world.

This was so energizing. I woke up feeling anxious, but then I got myself to do this practice, and I feel so much more relaxed and ready to start the day!

Thanks a lot for this morning routine, I absolutely loved every second of it! And another major achievement; I did the push-ups without any supports to extra protect my wrists, and there was no pain at all! After so many years of wrist problems and being told I just have to live with it, the yoga of both of you helped me strenghten my body enough to be able to do this today, much love and gratitude to both. I've been having a hard time being consistent w morning movement / yoga, and this was just the right video I needed to get momentum to build that habit. Started with 3 days straight today was the 3rd, going to build on 5 days straight next. This was a nice, quick flow that gets the whole body moving, and snuck in some awesome breath work in the midst of it. Love this, thank you for your content!!

Yay, so glad to have this to do in the mornings before I meditate. I've been doing Flo's "Do this every morning after you wake up" almost every morning since it was posted and have been wanting another one to alternate it with. Love these short morning movement routines!
