If you want to bring your child to the gym club, the first challenge is to be pull-ups on the horizontal bar. As I think, it's supposed to be the simplest indicator that the person is healthy. I'm glad to present you a series of video tutorials, from simple to difficult, which can help children master pull-ups.
1) Pull-ups on the parallel bars legs-bent. When children can do this exercise 20 times in a sequence, he/she may start the next exercise.
2) The hang on the horizontal bar. Children are helped to do pull-ups. Children should keep the final positon (i.e. keep their chins higher the bar) by their own within 20 sec.
3) Pull-ups with assistance. You help your child do pull-ups to have him/her perform the exrcise 10 times at least.
4) 50/50. Children do pull-us with assistance and lower by their own. The objective is 10 times.
5) Pull-ups from the ground. (ordinary grip and reverse grip). The child is on a platform or on the ground, with arms bent a little, and does pull-ups. 5-10 times an approach.
6) Pull-ups with a rubber expander. 10-15 times. Gradually loose tension...
7) the final product!
