Welcome to the Mix and Match Upper Series. These workouts use various intervals to challenge your arms, shoulders, back and chest. Using equipment such as a resistance band and a light hand weights you will intensify all your favourite upper body exercises to maximize your results in minimum time. There are lots of interesting combinations to keep your mind and muscles engaged.
You can mix and match the workouts for a longer challenge or use them individually depending on your preference and schedule.
In Mix and Match Upper 80/10 uses intervals of 80 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. The exercises include biceps curls, shoulder presses, side lateral raises, triceps extensions, fast punches and back rows all with lower body engagement. There are minimal breaks between exercises so you have to keep your thinking cap on for fast transitions. If you find it too tough drop the band and use light dumbbells instead.

This was challenging but a good arm workout even if I used 2lb weights most of the workout. Thanks Linda❤

Well, this was tough - but also fun! I admit to making longer rests in-between exercises and pressing pause during... Also, pretty much abandoned lower body engagement by the second half... So, I modified a lot - but hey, I still did it😅and felt the burn🤩

Loved it / very disappointed in myself didn’t allow enough time this morning- will attempt tomorrow- I must work out before I shower & head out to work each day - one of my discipline of healthy love my self habits I’ve been doing for years now 🫶🏻🤸🏻‍♂️🥰
