Thank you yet again! Covid has had an effect on my breathing, then a long, hot summer didn’t help. I am enjoying getting back into my Qi Gong practice, I particularly like the blood cleansing series.

bonjour, je suis tombé par hasard sur vos vidéos et j'aime énormément, du coup après le goûter vers 16h45, je fais une séance avec les maternelles(enfants de 4/5ans) pour les calmer un peu. Ils aiment et ils sont en demande. J'espère que ça ne gêne en rien. Merci beaucoup.

Thank you! Amazing gift. Noticed a crack in the left shoulder during 'hands back heels up' movement. The exercises went quickly, good flow. Before the routine, felt cold, now better. Lying down was relaxing. Wish you well!

Thank you! This was amazing. I did this practice at 5 am in Finland. I went to the balcony with my phone to do this. I feel super good now. It was an amazing experience with the birds and nature sounds, and the relaxed guided routine with a soothing voice was just amazing.

The fastest way to alkaline a highly acidic body is to drink 1 glass water to which 1/2 tsp baking soda has been added, dissolved anytime of day as often as you wish. Digestion will improve almost immediately. For longer term maintenance, see results in about a week IF AND ONLY IF you eat dark leafy greens, e.g. spinach, kale, swiss chard, celery, bok choi, arugula, collard greens, radish, (if you prefer cooked, then steam them, do not overcook) or eat raw as part of a salad with together with green lettuces of a variety, No tomatoes (its acidic) better to use radishes, avocados, shredded carrots variety including purple. NO carbs added, e.g. corn, croutons fancy salad dressings (they have sugars). You Can make your own using coconut oil, water, salt and ACV, to your own taste, you can also add mashed avocado to make it creamy, in which case you don't even need the coconut oil. Anyway hon, its easy to overcome but you must do your part and change your eating habits. No amount of exercise can counter that. Good luck, good health. Blessings. Namaste.
