Ditto! More express workouts. Great to tack on before or after a cardio workout or when you are too tired for a longer workout like I was today.

Love this one!! Most short workouts use light weights, so this one with normal weights is perfect!!

Absolutely loved this one!! I would definitely enjoy more standing up ones - thank you for sharing these great, sweaty, fun workouts! I work remote so I enjoy doing these workouts for mini breaks - 10-15 min here and there and I eventually end up with about 45 min of workouts in a day. Love them!!

I have been doing your workouts since this past spring. I do it at my gym,in addition to weigh and cardio machines.I prefer your standing workouts,because it's more practical for me...Your a great instructor,very motivating and your calming voice is likeable. PLease more standing videos, abs,upper, lower,looking forward to trying this one tomorrow at my gym .I'm Due for a change..🏋‍♀️

Good moderate level! I am 8 weeks postpartum and had to change some of the ab moves to be more geared towards healing rather than strengthening, but great workout! This is my first full workout since birth (mostly because it’s hard to get my baby down for a nap for more than 30 minutes 😂). Thanks! I look forward to continue on the September challenge.
