This is an incredibly diverse and fun work out. I'm recovering for a motorcycle accident and years of having a bad back and I made it to isolation split squats + curls before I had to throw in the towel. 15 minutes, roughly from warm up to "ok, that's enough for today". I'm very much looking forward to improving with your routine. Thank you so much!! 25lb dumbbells and a 10lb kettle bell

Love this, did it with my 8lb dumbbells and it felt so good! I'm just getting back into the groove of things and this is just what I needed. It's challenging but adaptable. I love that this video can see me through several levels through pacing and weight increases... well done

oh my god the perfect channel that I never knew was possible. Everything I've been looking for! the visuals of muscles engaged is what I've been looking for so I know I'm using the right muscle for the exercise as well as the warm up and cool down as part of the exercise already. Love this! Love that it's just instrumental (no commentary) during the workout. I usually mute KZbin on most workout vids and just listen to my own music... didn't have to do that this time! Think your breaks in between reps are too long however. Thank you!

Hi Theresa! Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for the feedback! As far as the breaks, our theory is that if you’re going a good pace or using enough resistance, then the 20 second break will be very necessary. Don’t go at our pace if it’s too easy!

I went into this thinking "working out with reduced weight, this will be easy." I was wrong! This was tougher than a normal workout at increased weight. Great video, will do again later in week
