Ani I'm going through a lot with my lungs and was surprised that just listening/ watching and minimally trying while in bed even, I could understand and feel the beginning of benefit. Try these along with me and affirm " I breath in life and love " ? Maybe it can help change our focus from dis ease to better health and vitality. BE well 🕊️

How about medical qi gong dragon and tiger, short but effective for a multiude of aches and pains. liked the video. The swing reminds me of part of the the three swings. PS the dog got the right idea, he having sweet dreams. Qi Qong can be a bit tricky to start with a bit like learning a dance move, the more you practice the more you flow, the easyer and comfortable it gets the longer you want to practice. I have multiple disc degeneration and osteo arthirities.zhang zhuang(standing meditation) similar but not the same incorporates various tao practices and i compliment it with various qi gong routines(Broquade of eight, dragon and tiger.. not all together... but my quaility of life has improved imensley. I use to take lesson..recomended to get started but i have develop my own instinct around this and use some basic tai chi ball exercise as well as they strenght and soften my spine... unlike western phyiso therapy qigong is design to heal not just maintain there a spiritual element which when practice raise your tolerance levels to everyday life strains and brings laughter and peace. Loved the video keep it up please.

Kseny, I am new to Qigong and Traditional Chinese healing. So anxious to learn. 24 year survivor of Inflammatory Breast Carcinoma (unheard of), many years of treatments, tests, surgeries taking their toll, liver and lungs being my main concern, inflammation a chronic challenge. Reading, studying, approaching local practices for help. Thankful to find your video(s). Easy to understand guidance. Love the lilt in your voice and that furry bodyguard friend in the hallway, too.

Hi Connie, thank you for taking the time to share. I'm sorry to hear what you have been through and I'm glad that you are doing well today.
