It's a nice cheap option, but the problem is the gap with the adapter ring for filter , it can let light coming inside the filter... not sure it will works. Of course none brands create a good concept case permission photographer to use their own existing filter, except the Polar Pro system don't let mount all anamorphic lens brand expect Moment but only on the Litechaser 14 and lens adaptor for filter mount isn't available for adding VND filter actually . Freewell solution is expensive but everything works. It's a bit frustrating having expensive filter for photography like the polar pro one and not be able to use it on the iPhone .All the best

Great video, just one question though. ProRes encoding has clear bitrate standards, which of course is why the file sizes tend to be larger. Conversely, H265 is an encoding format in itself without more detailed bitrate standards. Could you delve deeper into a comparison, looking at instances where the bitrates of H265 match different tiers of ProRes at the same bitrates? For example, how does the picture quality compare between ProRes and H265 at 500Mbps, 200Mbps, 100Mbps, 50Mbps, 20Mbps, 10Mbps, and so forth? This kind of comparison would essentially showcase how H265, known for its high efficiency and ability to maintain quality at lower bitrates, stacks up against ProRes, renowned for its professional-grade, high-fidelity video but larger file sizes, when both are constrained to identical bitrates across various levels.

As everyone else has said, this video is GREAT and extremely informative with the tests that you have done and the visualizations are superb!!!... Now, for a functional question, have you tested the noise when it is BELOW ISO 640? Many people say that you should set your ISO as low as possible for the cleanest images and I was wondering what your testing shows with these same methods? I am looking for that data that shows that if you have enough light, does it make any difference to shoot below ISO 640 to get even cleaner images / video? I typically shoot video outdoors in bright sunlight and would like to know if I can use that extra light to my advantage by shooting at an even lower ISO (like 100) and use my light to make other more useful changes like higher shutter speed, higher F-stop for more deeper focus?

Wow. That's eye openening to say the least. I didnt think h265 would be that bad actually and used to choose it all the time. I guess the best way is to shoot a project in a huge prores, then later once the project is finished downsize everything (footage )to h265 for archives

How does dual native iso work shooting raw photos?

Really really love the third MagSafe rig. Have you found a useful and ergonomic way to include battery power, storage and nd filter all in one? I'm building an Amazon cart as we speak. I want to be able to use that rig outdoors in sunlight, but I can't find a case that has a square/snap-on variable nd filter to go with it. It seems a regular sized ND filter would not work. Thoughts?
