Major tip if you are buying in or around Brisbane. Check the flood records for the property. Older houses could withstand the regular flooding, but modern houses get all melty.

You aren't going to avoid LMI without a 20% deposit. It's not so much a scam as a direct cost to the lender that they pass on in full. The "scam" part is that if you DO default, their insurer will pay them out, but come after you.

You should absolutely try online shopping for your weekly shop 😉They still have offers and you still get that variety. Whilst it remembers stuff, you don’t have to click re-order. You save money on not succumbing to impulse buys. This is your best video to date ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The reason being you actually share strategies to avoid the home sick ping pong Pom connundrum 👏🏻 This is what terrifies me the most, as my wife is so family oriented and we don’t have a kid yet 🙈 It was her idea to go mind you 😅

What does, or go to Perth "God forbid" mean? Im sure I watched something where you said you hadn't been to WA. Quite frankly it is the best kept secret in Australia. Your generalistions of Australia probably should have dimished by now. When you refer to things and say "they call it" blah, its obviously location specific. I have never heard a single story house called what you said it was called. Online shopping which you state you also havent done, has all the specials that you get in store and extra online specials so your comments were again incorrect.

I live in Australia and it has been ranked number 1 in the world this year for healthcare and has one of the lowest taxes in the world. Also China manufacturers the most cars in the world (a 3rd of all cars made in the world), and they are all high quality. I've had the same car for 14 years which is double the warranty and have not ran into any issues. If you can't go camping you seriously have to go touch some grass 💀. Just because you want to live in a certain location doesn't mean other people can't want to live there aswell. My house has been standing for 100+ years and has not even been damaged once. Are you alright? You can literally choose to build your house out of metal or wood... and the houses in Australia are bigger than the ones in the UK and they are nicer. A pool in Australia can be used during most of the year since it's hot all the time (25-30°). No one forces you to apply sunscreen and wear protective cothing, they just recommend it because the ozone layer in Australia is thinner due to countries like America and the UK producing too much greenhouse gasses. We might have some high bills but we have really good wages (unless you work for the garbage collectors). Ever heard of solar panels? They can save you heaps on your bills. There's heaps of others supermarkets, just open your eyes. All of the supermarkets have practically everything you need and have other stores around them, for example brickworks in South Australia. You know drop bears are a mythical creature right? They're literally just friendly koalas 🤦. You have so many complaints about Australia yet you still live here.. Why don't you just pack up and leave? We don't want entitled people like you here..

RBT has popular support in the Australian community. I have never heard a negative word said about it. The community build the roads so if you want to use them there are rules - don’t get pissed up and drive. Easy! I’ve represented a lot of drivers caught by RBT and I can’t remember one blaming the cops for catching them or the cops right to stop and check. Usually the “I’m a f’king idiot.” was the assessment of their own behaviour.

@ not when they are sober…and they have their senses back to normal. It wouldn’t be a great attitude to display in a court room. Most do the Traffic Offenders Program in NSW over 6 weeks before their court appearance and even the most intellectually challenged get an attitude readjustment in that time.

I don't think QLD is the one being accused of being a nanny state, if anything it's the wild state, it's VIC that's got the nanny state rep. 2kmph over the 100kmph limit gives you a monumental fine
@Ozvideo1959
@Ozvideo1959 Күн бұрын
I'm a Melbournian, and I agree, five kmph over is fair enough for a rap on the knuckles fine of maybe $60 for a first offence, 2 kmph is just revenue raising. Especially when you have roads with speed limits changing every couple of kilometres. I do agree with them being that strict in residential zones, and especially school zones, but not main roads and freeways.

@@ThatJohnstonLife Well, my perspective on the lockdowns is probably a bit different from some peoples. I'm an old bugger now, and I keep to myself mostly, so the lockdowns weren't that big a deal for me. To be honest, if the Morrison government of the time hadn't been so useless, we would have all been vaccinated (or those that wanted to get vaccinated) and the lockdowns wouldn't have lasted anywhere near as long. How can a government only order 5 million vaccine doses for a population of 25 million, when we needed two shots each? Incompetence !! And it was the same with the fires. They were told we needed our own water bombers, and couldn't keep relying on borrowing water bombers from America. Of course, they didn't listen, and look what happened. As you can probably tell, I'm no fan of the coalition.
