Please how to play pubg steam with gyro!? New subscriber For gyro players You are a gift from god

Hey great video, i found out about gyro a year ago and its been a game changer, im disabled dont have as much use in my right hand anymore i can move it but clicking buttons over and over it causes extreme pain. gyro through steam and a custom controller has allowed me to play alot of games i thought i never could!!

How do you recommend resetting your controller location? Should i be holding the disable button or reset the camera with look stick?

I need some help. Currently setting up L4D2 controls with flick stick and gyro. I tried calibrating the Flick Stick but I had maxed out the Mouse Pixels (Dots Per 360) but I still can't make a complete four 90 degree turns to face the exact same direction, yet the sweep is extremely high even though nothing else in the setting changed. This seems to be a problem only found in L4D2 because I tried two games with Flick Stick/Gyro setting and they work perfectly well. Edit: Nevermind, I just need to _not_ set the Mouse Sensitivity in the game to 0 and turn on "Raw Mouse Input".

The default gyro for mobile are rows.

More games need to come with these controls built-in. Gyro is such a monumental leap above joystick aiming which genuinely makes games better imo, but needing to manually set it up it for every game is a big barrier to entry

Okay, so I've been tinkering more with this on MWO. Even for a beginner, 2x -3x sensitivity is likely too high. Leaving arms unlocked, setting sensitivity to 0.25x (MWO DotsPer360 =24000 at 90 view) gives way more control that 2x to 3x. Edit: things are still wonky.

Gyro Aim is cool, but borderlands is really designed for twinstick. It has zoom to target for god sakes, people complain about aim assistance but aim assistance isn't the auto aim they claim, zoom to target though is. It automatically moves you onto the nearest target on ADS. I think analog sticks are misunderstood, analog was never meant to be accurate, it is supposed to be smooth because a D-pad isn't. It's for moving fast and shooting fast, not accuracy. Aim assistance is only unfair in games where it is poorly implemented, and in most of those cases it often is unhelpful as often as it is helpful.

I understand now why my left for dead I’m not sure if one or 2 aims funny it’s the gyro thing and I don’t like it one bit now I know where to look to deactivate the funny aim thank you.

Thanks for this vid. I decided to take the plunge into gyro controls after years of keyboard mouse gaming, mostly to alleviate pain. Getting the hang of some stuff, though the fps i play alot of is MechWarrior Online, so it's more like piloting a tank than all this snapping around like in Valorant and similar. Still, useful tutorial 😁

A month back my Series X broke and I switched to PS4 to play Fortnite. While that version chugs, the gyro pretty much made it bearable to play on it. Now that my SX is fixed, I TRULY miss the gyro aiming. I think considering players using an Xbox controller primarily for PC, we may need to rally people to push Microsoft to add native gyro support on the Xbox controller. Gyro has been a must for me since using it on Breath of the Wild on the Wii U (Yes, Wii U).

Never used gyro. Started using it and hated it Started using it together with aim assist and it became somewhat passable. No way i am turning that off Or i just won't play fps games on my deck/controller. That is a solution too

Hi, thanks for your video, I tried this tutorial, but when I enter this game's play mode(XDefiant online match or practice), it just kept warn me that I have to use 1 control way I selected in game. And when this happen, Keyboard/Mouse and Gamepad are unable to control my character. Any suggestion to solve this ? (I'm using 3rd party Switch Controller)

Gryo= playing in a controller without training wheels. Aim assist= Training wheels.

For a mobile player gyro aiming has always been the best thing that ever happened for pubg,cod gaming.What i don’t understand is why its not that common for controller players like just get used to it and then see your aim.Also the stick drift issue is solved by this for the right analog stick.

Bro so I’ve been tweaking with the camera remap inputs in steam and while flick stick is the best option for right stick me being a beginner I think face direction with right stick is a good bridge to learn gyro + flick stick without losing full right stick ability the only thing is it lacks customization but imo it’s a fair trade off compared to flick stick fully taking over the right stick

Even though I’m terrible with gyro aim it’s great it’s being added to more games,feel much better.

I still stick with my Flydigi Apex 2. I prefer the many extra buttons (11 in total not counting the "action wheel") over a better gyro, though I'm also not a competitive gamer :P Granted for the full effectiveness, you also need to purchase a license for ReWASD as the base Flydigi software is bare-bones, so that amps up the price by itself.

Just to make sure I understand correctly, are you saying that on a non-Steam game with no native DS4 support (like an old EA game on the EA launcher), this will be detected and work automatically as an Xbox controller?

How many controllers have you tested? Im using pro controller right now but I dont know what I should get. I would get dual sense edge but I kinda want more than 2 back buttons. I like aim assist though, feels broken. Just put aim assist to the lowest value so it only activates the slowdown/snap when youre directly on the character but leave "follow" assist at the highest. Im sure thats op though, its like you said, mouse with aim assist.

They make alot of money on broken analog sticks so they wont make thisbstandard. On pc this is my fave way to play.

another video giving recommended values would be helpful. i understand its completely down to the individual and game but for newcomers it would be useful to have a set of values as a starting point to explore from. ive gone through nearly all your videos and you mostly describe what things do, which is useful, but i really need some content describing for example what you use and why. Potentially even some more info on bindings etc too. ive gone through the pain of binding controls to buttons that made sense initially only to realise they dont make sense in practise for whatever reason.
